Description
This sausage is made from wild boar and seasoned with, among other things, fresh, green peppercorns. Our dry sausage is traditionally made with sea salt, matured for at least 4 weeks in our maturation room for optimal results.
The green pepper provides a spicy and fresh taste. Delicious with drinks.
