Description
Smoked sausage made from 100% wild boar and smoked on beech wood. This gives it a nice dark color, good smoky flavor and a really crunchy character.
Delicious with a meal, on a sandwich or just out of your hand with a drink.
Preparation method:
This smoked sausage is already cooked. Remove the carton from the packaging and place the bag with the sausage in a pan with hot water (do not boil). After 15-20 minutes, the sausage is ready to eat.
