Description
This sausage is made from wild goose, shot in North Holland and seasoned with fennel seed and coriander seed. Our dry sausage is traditionally made with sea salt, matured for at least 4 weeks in our maturation room for optimal results.
This goose tastes fantastic, and is delicious with drinks!
