Crémant d'Alsace Extra Brut Nature

Bohn's best bubble: A complex, refreshing, dry and full crémant from 2013, with aromas of blossom, smoke and white fruits such as peach and apple.

Schieferberg Zero

Pinot gris and Riesling macerated in open vats for four weeks. The juice finishes fermentation in traditional foudres before ageing. Terroir driven and age-worthy, with complex aromas of morello cherries, quince and cocoa, lifted by an electric minerality

Pinot Gris Schieferberg

A gastronomic power house of a Pinot Gris: fresh but rich, smooth and salty. Aromatic with notes of exotic fruits, ginger, and cedar. Perfect pairing with more spicy dishes, as well as meat when you don't feel like red wine.

Crémant d'Alsace Brut

Balanced crémant for every occasion with fine bubbles. Elegant yet friendly, with notes of almonds, saffron and sandalwood, coming together with a freshness that is both mineral and salty

Muscat Par Nathur

Summery vibes with this fresh and floral stunner. Pure fruit, very grapey, with soft acidity and a blossom undertone. A lot of dry Muscat d'Alsace typicality, but sans filtration and sans soufre.

Riesling Grand Cru Muenchberg

From the Muenchberg, "monk's hill", where Riesling was made as early as the 12th century by the Cistercian monks. This 21st century stunner from Arthur and Bernard Bohn: gracefully rich, smoky and smooth with nice acidity and an everlasting finish.

Muscat d'Alsace Rosé

We are in awe with this rosé, which is actually a maceration of the (white) muscat grape. Dry, light and fresh with elegant aromas of red currant, strawberry and lilies. Super clean with a little funky, slightly farmyardy twist

3 weeks macerated Gewürztraminer offering an aromatic, orange peel, stone fruit characteristic. Blended with Riesling that adds fresh and upbeat tones. Seriously elegant and exciting from start to finish, with notes of lychee, blossom and grapefruit.
