Hollenburger Rot

Super juicy light red. The grapes are stamped by foot in whole clusters and undergo a semi- carbonic fermentation. The barrels are not topped off and develop flor, giving the wine more depth and complexity, with notes of spicy cherry and blueberry

An uplifting rosé that's lean, straightforward, slightly salty and very juicy, with notes of strawberry, mulberry, gooseberry and tarragon. Fermented and aged in old Burgundy barrels and under flor for at least 5 months
