Hollenburger Rot

Super juicy light red. The grapes are stamped by foot in whole clusters and undergo a semi- carbonic fermentation. The barrels are not topped off and develop flor, giving the wine more depth and complexity, with notes of spicy cherry and blueberry

Hollenburger Rose

An uplifting rosé that's lean, straightforward, slightly salty and very juicy, with notes of strawberry, mulberry, gooseberry and tarragon. Fermented and aged in old Burgundy barrels and under flor for at least 5 months

Team favourite! A non vintage white, with 40% from the most recent vintage, 40% from the previous vintage, and 20% from three vintages ago. Smokey mineral nuances, delicate and elegant. Notes of fresh, vibrant fruit, lime zest, lemongrass and wet stone

From the single vineyard Bodigraben, situated 450m above sea level on a steep and rocky site. Delicate and elegant Blaufränkisch, with a floral nose. Fine tannins are complimented by a crystalline minerality with notes of cherry and blueberry.

Güterweg Neckenmarkter Blaufränkisch

From two different vineyard sites, complimenting each other beautifully! The warmer site gives the spiced notes with rich minerality, whereas the cooler site gives the wine elegance and structure. Strawberry and blackcurrant with a hint of black pepper.

100% Blaufrankisch from a cool north facing vineyard. The berries undergo carbonic maceration, giving way to a fresh, bright wine with a gorgeous underlying spice. You won't want the bottle to end!
