Loin de L'Oeil, a local Gaillac grape, meaning "Far from the eye", because its grapes grow far from the bud, at the end of a long stem. Quite a quirky grape, producing fresh and lengthy wines. Peach, hazelnut and floral notes, with a long lasting finish
