Irena

The uniquely Sicilian blend of Catarratto and Chardonnay gives us a fresh, fruity and herbaceous white wine from the volcanic soils of Sicily.

Östövér

Energetic, sunny and funky, this fresh blend of Traminer and Chardonnay (fermented on skin for 3 weeks), and Feteasca and Sauvignon Blanc (3 day skin contact). Aged in old barrels for 8 months, with aroma's of lychee, mandarin and quince

MC2

MC2, the initials of Mathieu but also his father, Michel Coste. And of course Albert Einstein's famous formula: the equivalence side between energy and matter, which perfectly describes this wine: energetic with body, structured and juicy, ripe and fresh

Biau

Biau is old French for beau (beautiful), which it is. A fine, light, complex wine with aromas of black fruits and cherry, beautiful structure and fine well-integrated tannins. 100% pure juice with amazing youthfulness for spending 6 years in the barrel

l'Abrunet Negre

Spicy, floral, ripe cherry, round fruit with mineral notes complimented by a lactic yoghurt nose. One of those super lively wines you never get tired of drinking.

Bourgogne Rouge

We love Fanny’s wines and this year is no exception. The wine is both expressive and lively with spicy red fruit notes with excellent underlying structure

Vigna Rocca

Fresh and dry orange wine, that brings a bit of funk to the table. A nice easy drinker with aromas of orange peel, pomelo and hazelnut

Pupo Zero Falanghina

Super expressive, fruity and clean Falanghina with 4 days of skin contact. We hear you thinking: isn't it orange when macerated on skins for 4 whole days? Technically yes, but we feel it performs mostly like a white wine, so we call it white!

Rebelle

Amazingly elegant but full and ripe Sauvignon Blanc from Mathieu Coste. Left on the skins for a month and the juice left in barrel for another year. Clean, citrussy and peachy, very herbacious and very moreish! Likes to be in a carafe before drinking.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Serious Chateauneuf-du-Pape with dark aromas but with a refreshing undertone as well. Energetic black raspberry and cherry cola flavours and a touch of candied lavender and neutral oak
