Menhir

A crisp and fresh red that can easily be drank chilled. Pure and mineral typical Grenache notes extracted with only 5 days of maceration, aged for 8 months in concrete egg and neutral french oak barrels. An example of what old vines can do in the Gard!

Quadro

Quadro is made from 50% Fiano grapes and 50% other white varieties present in Pasquale's vineyards. The thirst-quenching sun-kissed litre bottle is a blend of 2 fermentations: one of direct pressed juice and one with a short skin-maceration

Tondo

A wine that reminds of the old tavern where the wine was served in litre jugs. A blend of three different vintages ('18, '19, '20) made partly in steel tanks and partly aged in old oak. A thirst-quencher with pleasant notes of red berries and underbrush

Doux de Mayragues

From local grape Loin de L'oeil (far from the eye), late harvest and aged in Acacia barrels. Sweet without being sticky and with great freshness, notes of honeysuckle, almonds and tropical fruits. Introduce it to your favourite pâtisseries!

FxF Rosso

Juicy yet herbal with a minty eucalyptus note. The palate is full with violets and has an elegant tannin structure. The perfect summer red, have it slightly chilled at a barbecue with all your loved ones!

Les Têtes de Chats

Les Têtes de Chats - "The Cats Heads" references the shape of the pebbles found in the vineyards. A blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay - a match made in heaven! Spicy, peppery, with a mushroom earthiness, along with juicy berries and a persistent finish.

La Matta

Gorgeously crisp sparkling from Fiano, with second fermentation in the bottle by adding a part of the base wine must. Aromas of fresh citrus, apple, orange and lemon, floral notes of white flowers and aromatic herbs, with pleasing hints of saltiness

Biau

Biau is old French for beau (beautiful), which it is. A fine, light, complex wine with aromas of black fruits and cherry, beautiful structure and fine well-integrated tannins. 100% pure juice with amazing youthfulness for spending 6 years in the barrel

Essenza

Have you ever had an orange wine that had zero skin contact? Us neither, until we met this one. Directly pressed, it has an intensely dark orange colour, amazing structure, ripe tannins and notes of orange zest, dried apricot and tobacco

All Universe Together

A one of a kind type of wine - made up of 28 different old vineyard plots which are all fermented together. A unique and lively red with crunchy red fruits and well developed mouthfeel - best served slightly chilled.

Pupo Punk Rosato

Structured and show stopping frizzante, made using Pupo Zero Rosato as base wine. Naturally refermented with indiginous yeasts added with their own musts, carrying aroma's of pommegranate, blueberries and a bit of saltiness

Pupo Punk Greco

This frizzante is made using Pupo Zero Greco as base wine, naturally refermented with indiginous yeasts added with their own musts. Happy juice with structure and character, and aroma's of dried apricots and fresh herbs.

Pupo Punk Falanghina

This frizzante is made using Pupo Zero Falanghina as base wine, naturally refermented with indiginous yeasts added with their own musts. Zippy juice with character, aroma's of dried herbs and a long-lasting acidity that keeps you going back for more!

Patapum

Delicious amber sparkling wine, with the typical note of refermented grapes, a hint of yeast and ripe aroma's of sundried apricot and yellow flowers. It has a lively character, supported by a mineral trail of the flint stone.

Cupersito

Made from a selection of Pasquale's best grapes that undergo a 15 day maceration in stainless steel, before spending a year in big oak barrels. Intense aromas of redcurrant and blackberry, spicy notes of cocoa and liquorice and a scent of mint and lavende

Viná

The hills of Campania represented in this fine and elegant Aglianico. Well rounded with great structure and tones of black cherries, tobacco, honey and leather. Suitable for almost every pallet!

FxF

A 50/50 blend and collab between Cantina Giardino and Tenuta Vincenzo Nardone. Both made half of the wine exaclty the same way, both wines turned out completely different. That shows how much climate and surroundings do with wine!

Les Grands Terriers

A spicier, wild fruit based Gamay that is fermented and aged in a fibreglass egg. A powerful more dense style Gamay, that builds, starting with notes of blackberry and plum, the finish is soft and savoury.

Morgon Corcelette

Ripe and lively aromas, packed with dark berry fruit laced with nutmeg and cloves. Beautiful structure, with a full body and dense, concentrated palate. For us, this is an elegant and mineral example of Morgon.

Côte de Brouilly

From gamay-wizard David Large: Minerality driven and highly energetic Côte de Brouilly with great depth and many layers. Notes of cranberry, black berry, menthol and fresh soil. A must try for Beaujolais lovers

Pinot Gris Schieferberg

A gastronomic power house of a Pinot Gris: fresh but rich, smooth and salty. Aromatic with notes of exotic fruits, ginger, and cedar. Perfect pairing with more spicy dishes, as well as meat when you don't feel like red wine.

Lopin

100 % Cinsault coming from estate vines located in the Gard. The grapes are macerated for 12 days and aged 12 months in oak vats (foudre), amphoras and stainless steel tanks. A complex red with delicate tannins, long minerality and peppery strawberry note

Embruns
