Biau

Biau is old French for beau (beautiful), which it is. A fine, light, complex wine with aromas of black fruits and cherry, beautiful structure and fine well-integrated tannins. 100% pure juice with amazing youthfulness for spending 6 years in the barrel

Rebelle

Amazingly elegant but full and ripe Sauvignon Blanc from Mathieu Coste. Left on the skins for a month and the juice left in barrel for another year. Clean, citrussy and peachy, very herbacious and very moreish! Likes to be in a carafe before drinking.

MC2

MC2, the initials of Mathieu but also his father, Michel Coste. And of course Albert Einstein's famous formula: the equivalence side between energy and matter, which perfectly describes this wine: energetic with body, structured and juicy, ripe and fresh

Bourgogne Rouge

We love Fanny’s wines and this year is no exception. The wine is both expressive and lively with spicy red fruit notes with excellent underlying structure

The Velvet Underschiste

90 days of maceration makes this a deep and intense red, but it's also got a great lightness to it! A sort of fresh berry juice kinda freshness that made us fall in love. Concentrated black fruits and spices and a great reflection of the terroir, must-try

Lust for Wine

To respect the terroir Alex Durand does long, delicate macerations with no punching down or pumping over. Same with this Syrah/Grenache blend from marble soils: 90 days of maceration, but it's vibrant and smooth. Saline with black fruit aroma's and a kick

Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Serious Chateauneuf-du-Pape with dark aromas but with a refreshing undertone as well. Energetic black raspberry and cherry cola flavours and a touch of candied lavender and neutral oak

Pommard

100% pinot noir, 100% purity and style, soft red fruit, excellent balance and length. This wine really reflects what is great about pinot noir and Bourgogne. Fanny has a number of plots spread across Pommard and this wine comes from very old vines

Meridional

Fermented and aged in stainless steel and French oak barrels (30%) and bottled after staying on lees for 8 months. Méridional is a white wine of Mediterranean influences with light saltiness, great freshness, a creamy undertone and a very floral bouquet

Orange Volcanique

Pinot Gris from sandstone-volcanic soil, with 12 months maceration on whole berries in old barrels. This is an orange wine to keep, with subtle notes of rose-hip and mountain tea and a persistent palate with salivating mineral notes and noble tannins

Bourgogne Blanc

The grapes that survived the hot summer of 2019 were generally richly concentrated, generating a small but excellent harvest. It shows here: super clean, rich and ripe, but without losing the crucial balance and elegance

Rocalhas

Embruns

Embruns is a great gastronomical white wine with good ageing potential. Fermented in French oak barrels and aged on lees for 12 months, giving a dense mouthfeel with toasted brioche notes and a mineral finish, orange tree blossom and flintstone aromas

Saint-Joseph Blanc "De Deux Choses Lune"

White Saint-Joseph with power! Full and intense, with notes of nuts, honey, apricot and yellow plum. Clean minerality and acidity, depth and intensity, broadness and complexity. A wine to share

Arbois Savagnin

A powerhouse from the Jura! Bone-dry lemony acidity followed by ripe yellow plums, exotic fruits and a good body from long ageing in old oak barrels

Blanc Plume

Blanc de noir, white wine from red Syrah grapes, blended with Sauvignon Blanc. Gorgeously clean, sharp and succulent with floral notes, an elegant minerality as well as ripe sunny fruit from both citrus, raspberries and blueberries.

Mediterranee

Sunny and full of rich and juicy ripe fruit. A soft and supple wine with sufficient spice due to a pleasant pepper, heartiness, some black fruit and earthy tones. This unfiltered wine matures for one year in large, old wooden barrels.

Morgon

Young and talented Thibault Ducroux made his first Morgon and Fleurie in 2020, and it was love at first sip for us. Fruit forward but very elegant, this Morgon shows that granite is Gamay’s favorite soil to dig down into

Rouge 1609

Full bodied blend of Syrah and local grape Duras that we believe is the perfect dinner wine. Peppery mixed with redcurrant and blackcurrant, spicy yet sunny. Smooth but structured with a good balance between fruit, pepper and velvety tannins.

Beaune Clos des Renardes Pinot Noir

Velvety pinot noir from power woman Fanny Sabre. Full of cherry fruit, earthy notes such as truffle and mushrooms, forest floor and late summer evenings on the terrace

Arbois La Capitaine

Beautiful trio of all red grapes grown in the Jura, bright but oh so powerful. Red fruits, cherries, spicy and earthy. Maturation on foudre, so no exaggerated wood flavor.

Otium

Pèira Levada translates to “Raised Stones” referring to the many marble lith's found in the vineyards. A vibrant, fruity and robust red wine, that displays a sense of place through it's lengthy minerality.

Fleurie
