Pupo Punk Rosato

Structured and show stopping frizzante, made using Pupo Zero Rosato as base wine. Naturally refermented with indiginous yeasts added with their own musts, carrying aroma's of pommegranate, blueberries and a bit of saltiness

Patapum

Delicious amber sparkling wine, with the typical note of refermented grapes, a hint of yeast and ripe aroma's of sundried apricot and yellow flowers. It has a lively character, supported by a mineral trail of the flint stone.

Vigna Rocca

Fresh and dry orange wine, that brings a bit of funk to the table. A nice easy drinker with aromas of orange peel, pomelo and hazelnut

Pupo Zero Falanghina

Super expressive, fruity and clean Falanghina with 4 days of skin contact. We hear you thinking: isn't it orange when macerated on skins for 4 whole days? Technically yes, but we feel it performs mostly like a white wine, so we call it white!

Pupo Zero Greco

Spicy orange from Greco di Tufo with only 2 days of maceration, giving great structure, fine acidity and notes of nectarine, pineapple, citrus and mint. This bottle will be gone before you know it!

Propizio

A fresh but broad flavour, citrus, flowers and hazelnut with a smoky edge from the volcanic soil in the vineyard. This Grechetto is everyone's friend.

Magico Bianco

A magical wine, vinified using the even more magical indigenous grape variety Grillo. Deep golden yellow in colour, with an aromatic nose with lovely hints of citrus and peach. The unique slightly salty taste is in part due to the Marsala salt pans.

Battibaleno

Volcanic Garganega that fermentated in in 30 hl oak barrels with eight days of skin contact, and matured in steel tanks for another six months. A layered, smokey, sensational amber wine, with yellow fruit brightness and a delicate mineral outline

Il San Giorgio

Super fresh, zingy and light orange from Campania. Partly macerated on oak for 5 days and partly direct pressed, make it a greatly balanced wine with fresh acidity, dried herbs and full ripe stone fruits

l'Americana

Pupo made this wine as a hommage to his American love, 2020 is the first year of production. Carbonic maceration for 5 days makes this a dangerously drinkable yet serious orange, with soft tannins, floral, and a lot of peach, nectarine and apricot

Barolo

All the typical Barolo qualities in a digestible and elegant version that we could drink throughout the entire evening. Toasty notes, fresh mint and chamomile

Gattinara Osso San Grato

A wine that makes you poetic. Very intense scent of morello and cherries, framed by an earthy primal smell of rain after a heat wave. Fruit, flowers and an endless aftertaste

Tondo

A wine that reminds of the old tavern where the wine was served in litre jugs. A blend of three different vintages ('18, '19, '20) made partly in steel tanks and partly aged in old oak. A thirst-quencher with pleasant notes of red berries and underbrush

Pashká

Red sparkling Pashkà is made from a base wine to which the fresh must of the following vintage is added for the second fermentation in the bottle. It's crisp, easy and inviting with aroma's of berries, red fruits and rose petals, with a mineral finish

Macerato

“Telling the peasant history of a past-time Sicily…”. Catarratto macerated on the skins for a long time, lending its character to the wine. Medium-bodied yet fresh, slightly salty, soft tannins, with Hints of yeast, freshly cut grass, finishing with almon

Timorasso Montecitorio

The Timorasso is a vulnerable grape and was almost extinct until Walter Massa replanted it. His Timorassos are considered the best white wines of Piemonte. Montecitorio is full and grand, with aromas of honey, nuts, pear and apricot

Ambarabà

Double fermentation: first one in steel and matured in concrete tanks, second one in the bottle with must from dried Recioto grapes. The taste features endless white flowers and jasmine, followed by golden apple, basil and lime, and a salty rock finish.

Terre di Venticano

Aglianico as it is intended: an elegant interplay of fresh and full. Fresh by fine acidity and aromas of roses and white pepper, full by deep dark fruit such as black cherries, blackberries and plums, coffee, leather and smoke

Camaleonte

Delicate and elegant rosé with hints of strawberry, wild blackberry and marzipan. Complex and yet still remains fresh, layered with a unique Brininess.

Guanciabianca

“Sincere and reassuring, like a woman at the fireplace…”. 2 days of skin contact, pressing and 7 months of ageing on the lees make Guanciabianca full-bodied yet fresh, slightly salty and persistent. Floral with ripe fruits, hints of yeast and almond

Quadro

Quadro is made from 50% Fiano grapes and 50% other white varieties present in Pasquale's vineyards. The thirst-quenching sun-kissed litre bottle is a blend of 2 fermentations: one of direct pressed juice and one with a short skin-maceration
