Come and join the next edition of the WINEMAKER WEEKENDER! Every first or second weekend of the month we will have a winemaker over to taste, eat and nerd out with. On this edition we are welcoming the amazing Stefan Wellanschitz, Kolfok, Burgenland.
What's on the agenda:
Natural Born Sippers Tasting
On Saturday the 8th of July, the Natural Born Sippers tasting in Rebel Wines will revolve completely around Pasquale and his wines. This is your chance to taste with the winemaker while he pours you his wines, and ask him any questions you may have.
Winemaker dinner
On that same Saturday evening, we are hosting a winemaker dinner at Bar Pif, where our kitchen brigade is cooking a 5 course tasting menu especially engineered around Stefan's wines. We will pour a different wine with every course, and the winemaker will explain about the wine and the wine making process. We have done many winemaker dinners in the past years and they have without exception been true nights to remember. You don't want to miss out on this one!
