Kalkreich

Aged in old wooden casks for a year without additives. The second fermentation is a three year process without any yeasts or sugar. Kalkreich is dry and savory with a refreshing acidity and creaminess on the palate which resembles that of a fine champagne

Pupo Punk Falanghina

Curtimenta

Lopin

Rebel fave alert! Wild, spicy and structured rosé, Blaufränkisch from a north-faced cold climate vineyard, with heavy clay soil. The grapes are macerated in a semi-closed small fermenter for a few days, and after ferment in 1200lt. Austrian oak barrels.

13Muffato
