Iskadoro

Produced exclusively with grapes from a small plot of half a hectare. called "vigna
piccola". Grapes macerate for six days, partly in wood and partly in steel tanks. This
is followed by an aging of one year, 80% in steel tanks and 20% in oak tonneaux.

Cumalè

Fiano harvested in the cool hours of the morning and directly vinificated in the cellar. Soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks, ageing on the lees for six months. It is clean, fresh, linear and saline with citrus and hints of marine shrubs and herbs.

Pashká

Red sparkling Pashkà is made from a base wine to which the fresh must of the following vintage is added for the second fermentation in the bottle. It's crisp, easy and inviting with aroma's of berries, red fruits and rose petals, with a mineral finish

Il Fric

Fizzy rose with refermentation in bottle by adding fresh must. Il Fric is a fun, fragrant and enjoyable sparkling wine with delicate notes of raspberry, strawberry and tangerine, floral nuances reminiscent of rose and jasmine and a long saline finish

La Matta

Gorgeously crisp sparkling from Fiano, with second fermentation in the bottle by adding a part of the base wine must. Aromas of fresh citrus, apple, orange and lemon, floral notes of white flowers and aromatic herbs, with pleasing hints of saltiness

Aggiara

Magico Bianco

A magical wine, vinified using the even more magical indigenous grape variety Grillo. Deep golden yellow in colour, with an aromatic nose with lovely hints of citrus and peach. The unique slightly salty taste is in part due to the Marsala salt pans.

Camaleonte

Delicate and elegant rosé with hints of strawberry, wild blackberry and marzipan. Complex and yet still remains fresh, layered with a unique Brininess.

13Muffato

Born almost by chance. After the Jura model but with nuances of Marsala. In 2013 the barrel was forgotten in the cellar, allowing mould and flore to form on the surface, naturally protecting the wine. Vanilla hints and a warm, dry and slightly salty taste

Macerato

“Telling the peasant history of a past-time Sicily…”. Catarratto macerated on the skins for a long time, lending its character to the wine. Medium-bodied yet fresh, slightly salty, soft tannins, with Hints of yeast, freshly cut grass, finishing with almon

Guancianera Avulisi

The perfect pizza wine in our books! Aged for almost a year in steel tanks (no oak), jam-packed with flavour without being heavy, compact but soft with herby and salty notes and aroma's of ripe sour cherry and blackberry

Magico Merlot

“A wine that is strong and decisive like the Western Sicilians”. Without any barrique-ageing, this is pure, full-bodied, warm, generous, bold red, of great character with soft tannins and scents of cherry and wild blackberry

Patapum

Delicious amber sparkling wine, with the typical note of refermented grapes, a hint of yeast and ripe aroma's of sundried apricot and yellow flowers. It has a lively character, supported by a mineral trail of the flint stone.

Marameo

This is a beautiful showcase of the Garganega grape. Smokey minerality, dried flowers and ripe yellow fruit, predicting the typical almond finish. Direct and sincere, it's drinkability and persistence will surprise you.

Mai Ferma

Gorgeous and elegant Champagne style Garganega, aged on the lees for 32 months before the second fermentation in the bottle. The aromas show the warm vintage, with ripe citrus notes and fresh herbs. Precise in the mouth, with the typical almond finish

Battibaleno

Volcanic Garganega that fermentated in in 30 hl oak barrels with eight days of skin contact, and matured in steel tanks for another six months. A layered, smokey, sensational amber wine, with yellow fruit brightness and a delicate mineral outline

Ambarabà

Double fermentation: first one in steel and matured in concrete tanks, second one in the bottle with must from dried Recioto grapes. The taste features endless white flowers and jasmine, followed by golden apple, basil and lime, and a salty rock finish.

Doux de Mayragues

From local grape Loin de L'oeil (far from the eye), late harvest and aged in Acacia barrels. Sweet without being sticky and with great freshness, notes of honeysuckle, almonds and tropical fruits. Introduce it to your favourite pâtisseries!

Brut de Mayragues

Fruity sparkling wine that's done by traditional Gaillac method, bottled at first fermentation. The Geddes family has worked their vineyard biodynamically since '99, giving you terroir at every sip. Elegant as a champagne but sunny as a Gaillac!

Les Mages

A full bodied white that packs freshness as well. Made from the local Mauzac grape, with aromas of apple, cloves and almonds, making it both powerful and subtle. The aging in acacia barrels brings light buttery aromas and a beautiful structure

Curtimenta

This Curtimenta shows classical skin contact aromas on the nose, like tea leaves and lemongrass. In the mouth it's similar vibes, juicy with a herby undertone and just the right amount of acidity, soft tannins and a firm finish with hints of citrus peel

Chinado Pet Nat Rosé

On the nose you’ll find notes of red fruits, side by side with fermentation aromas, like yeast and bread. In the mouth you get an intense wine, with strawberry and watermelon aromas, full bodied but still fresh and zingy, with a smooth but crispy mousse

Chinado Rosé

Fermented for one part in used French oak and one part in stainless steel, where the wine remained for a year. This is a juicy, lively and layered rosé that shows fresh red fruit notes, like cranberry, sided with good acidity and a medium to long finish

Red L-1920

Castelão grapes from two different vineyards and two slightly different winemaking styles. The grapes from one plot were pressed after 2 days, the grapes from the other- gentle treading for a week until they were pressed. Finished in stainless steel vats
