Iskadoro

Produced exclusively with grapes from a small plot of half a hectare. called "vigna
piccola". Grapes macerate for six days, partly in wood and partly in steel tanks. This
is followed by an aging of one year, 80% in steel tanks and 20% in oak tonneaux.

Cumalè

Fiano harvested in the cool hours of the morning and directly vinificated in the cellar. Soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks, ageing on the lees for six months. It is clean, fresh, linear and saline with citrus and hints of marine shrubs and herbs.
