The winey, dark, rich character of this beer is reminiscent of sherry or port. Jubel is aged for 18 months in fresh fino sherry barrels with a little sherry in it. Notes of macadamia, dried fruit, mocha, tender acids and soft tannins.
Produced exclusively with grapes from a small plot of half a hectare. called "vigna
piccola". Grapes macerate for six days, partly in wood and partly in steel tanks. This
is followed by an aging of one year, 80% in steel tanks and 20% in oak tonneaux.
