Blanc Plume

Blanc de noir, white wine from red Syrah grapes, blended with Sauvignon Blanc. Gorgeously clean, sharp and succulent with floral notes, an elegant minerality as well as ripe sunny fruit from both citrus, raspberries and blueberries.

Mediterranee

Sunny and full of rich and juicy ripe fruit. A soft and supple wine with sufficient spice due to a pleasant pepper, heartiness, some black fruit and earthy tones. This unfiltered wine matures for one year in large, old wooden barrels.

Rouge 1609

Full bodied blend of Syrah and local grape Duras that we believe is the perfect dinner wine. Peppery mixed with redcurrant and blackcurrant, spicy yet sunny. Smooth but structured with a good balance between fruit, pepper and velvety tannins.

Muscat d'Alsace Rosé

We are in awe with this rosé, which is actually a maceration of the (white) muscat grape. Dry, light and fresh with elegant aromas of red currant, strawberry and lilies. Super clean with a little funky, slightly farmyardy twist

En Roue Libre

Former professional cyclist Thibault Ducroux surprises everyone with this "freewheeling" juice: a fresh, smooth and drinkable gamay with great minerality and hints of raspberry, black cherries and cinnamon

Syrault

A dangerously drinkable wine from stone and clay terroirs from the Rhône, macerated 7 days without pumpovers or punchdowns to keep an elegant and complex structure, aged 8 months in stainless steel. Fruit forward wine with peppermint and blueberry notes

Rouge Barrique

Smooth and solid Merlot from Côtes Catalanes with a deep color and a nose of red fruit and spices with a touch of oak and vanilla. Structured and well balanced with great length, great for food pairings.

Milan Royal

Milan Royal is a tribute to a local eagle in Côtes Catalanes. It's a full bodied, structured, ample and generous Chardonnay, with floral hints and aromas of stone fruits, sandalwood and hazelnut.

Piranha

Atypical and extremely drinkable Gamay. We call it danger juice, it would explain the name. Semi-carbonic maceration in concrete vats for 8 days make Piranha light, vibrant, juicy but substantial. Aromas of plum and black cherry and a long lasting finish

Balanced crémant for every occasion with fine bubbles. Elegant yet friendly, with notes of almonds, saffron and sandalwood, coming together with a freshness that is both mineral and salty

Otium

Pèira Levada translates to “Raised Stones” referring to the many marble lith's found in the vineyards. A vibrant, fruity and robust red wine, that displays a sense of place through it's lengthy minerality.

Muscat Par Nathur

Summery vibes with this fresh and floral stunner. Pure fruit, very grapey, with soft acidity and a blossom undertone. A lot of dry Muscat d'Alsace typicality, but sans filtration and sans soufre.

Nelson

Nelson is the name of David and Celia's one eyed cat. The gamay came from vines in a small vineyard in the village pocket of Rivolet, with sandy clay soils and was whole-grape fermented, resulting in a fruit-forward, smooth, soft but lengthy wine

Toxic Gamay'nger

JP 10

David Large has a tendency to geek out a bit on the names of his wines, JP 10 is a reference to the Jeep from Jurassic Park. We like to think the wine has gull-wing doors like the car: It's sexy, streamlined yet playful. We love it, you will too

Les Mages

The Velvet Underschiste

90 days of maceration makes this a deep and intense red, but it's also got a great lightness to it! A sort of fresh berry juice kinda freshness that made us fall in love. Concentrated black fruits and spices and a great reflection of the terroir, must-try

Brut de Mayragues

Fruity sparkling wine that's done by traditional Gaillac method, bottled at first fermentation. The Geddes family has worked their vineyard biodynamically since '99, giving you terroir at every sip. Elegant as a champagne but sunny as a Gaillac!

Meridional

Fermented and aged in stainless steel and French oak barrels (30%) and bottled after staying on lees for 8 months. Méridional is a white wine of Mediterranean influences with light saltiness, great freshness, a creamy undertone and a very floral bouquet
