Otium

Pèira Levada translates to “Raised Stones” referring to the many marble lith's found in the vineyards. A vibrant, fruity and robust red wine, that displays a sense of place through it's lengthy minerality.

Hollenburger Rot

Super juicy light red. The grapes are stamped by foot in whole clusters and undergo a semi- carbonic fermentation. The barrels are not topped off and develop flor, giving the wine more depth and complexity, with notes of spicy cherry and blueberry

Hollenburger Rose

An uplifting rosé that's lean, straightforward, slightly salty and very juicy, with notes of strawberry, mulberry, gooseberry and tarragon. Fermented and aged in old Burgundy barrels and under flor for at least 5 months

Weiss G

Team favourite! A non vintage white, with 40% from the most recent vintage, 40% from the previous vintage, and 20% from three vintages ago. Smokey mineral nuances, delicate and elegant. Notes of fresh, vibrant fruit, lime zest, lemongrass and wet stone

Pupo Zero Falanghina

Super expressive, fruity and clean Falanghina with 4 days of skin contact. We hear you thinking: isn't it orange when macerated on skins for 4 whole days? Technically yes, but we feel it performs mostly like a white wine, so we call it white!

Sandwich

Made using a method that Andras calls the sandwich method: fermentation on the skins for 4 weeks in layers of crushed-whole bunches altered with layers of crushed grapes. The result is this fun easy to drink energy bomb, with aroma's of pear, figs and tea

Östövér

Energetic, sunny and funky, this fresh blend of Traminer and Chardonnay (fermented on skin for 3 weeks), and Feteasca and Sauvignon Blanc (3 day skin contact). Aged in old barrels for 8 months, with aroma's of lychee, mandarin and quince

Muscat Par Nathur

Summery vibes with this fresh and floral stunner. Pure fruit, very grapey, with soft acidity and a blossom undertone. A lot of dry Muscat d'Alsace typicality, but sans filtration and sans soufre.

Nelson

Nelson is the name of David and Celia's one eyed cat. The gamay came from vines in a small vineyard in the village pocket of Rivolet, with sandy clay soils and was whole-grape fermented, resulting in a fruit-forward, smooth, soft but lengthy wine

Toxic Gamay'nger

Pupo Zero Rosato

The summer in your glass with this intense fresh Aglianico rose! Ripe berries, wild strawberries and raspberry with a funky twist of truffle, smoke and dried oregano. This wine also forms the base for the Panko Pink pet nat

Pupo Zero Greco

Spicy orange from Greco di Tufo with only 2 days of maceration, giving great structure, fine acidity and notes of nectarine, pineapple, citrus and mint. This bottle will be gone before you know it!

Orange

An aromatic orange with loads of citrus, structure and liveliness - the perfect combination of creaminess and salinity, with a lasting acidity that keeps you coming back for another glass

Kalkspitz

Kalk (chalk) Spitz (acidity), is grüner veltliner, blended with direct pressed zweigelt, skin fermented sauvignon blanc, blauer portugieser and muskat ottonel. Bone dry, lots of earthy and fruity notes, crisp acidity, cased with creamy yeasty components

Marameo

This is a beautiful showcase of the Garganega grape. Smokey minerality, dried flowers and ripe yellow fruit, predicting the typical almond finish. Direct and sincere, it's drinkability and persistence will surprise you.

Dellemore

Pure Mediterranean red from the Dellemore vineyard. Vinification marked by simplicity: a short maceration of the grapes for 3/4 days, followed by an aging of about one year in steel tanks. Savory, fresh and juicy with notes of blackberry, cherry and viole

Cumalè

Fiano harvested in the cool hours of the morning and directly vinificated in the cellar. Soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks, ageing on the lees for six months. It is clean, fresh, linear and saline with citrus and hints of marine shrubs and herbs.

Guancianera Avulisi

The perfect pizza wine in our books! Aged for almost a year in steel tanks (no oak), jam-packed with flavour without being heavy, compact but soft with herby and salty notes and aroma's of ripe sour cherry and blackberry

Il San Giorgio

Super fresh, zingy and light orange from Campania. Partly macerated on oak for 5 days and partly direct pressed, make it a greatly balanced wine with fresh acidity, dried herbs and full ripe stone fruits

Les Mages

A full bodied white that packs freshness as well. Made from the local Mauzac grape, with aromas of apple, cloves and almonds, making it both powerful and subtle. The aging in acacia barrels brings light buttery aromas and a beautiful structure

Impressio

30 percent blaufränkisch, 70 pinot noir from which half came from unpruned vines. Harvested very early in the season, followed by a 2 week fermentation and 5 months in old oak, making it easy, enjoyable, but still concentrated

30% riesling on skins, 30% traminer on skins, 20% feteasca regala direct press, 20% pinot noir / pinot gris co-ferment
