The viognier and pinot gris were co-fermented (90% destemmed, 10% whole bunches) for 12 days. The Pinot Noir fermented as whole bunches. Pressed, blended and then aged in barrels 8 months and in steel for one more month

Underground Orange Velvet

Forget everything you know about Viognier, this is a one of a kind bottle! Jean macerated the Viognier, pressed it with Roussanne skins and aged it in Amphora. Funky is not enough to describe this one: wild and alive, like a 70's rock band

Timorasso Montecitorio

The Timorasso is a vulnerable grape and was almost extinct until Walter Massa replanted it. His Timorassos are considered the best white wines of Piemonte. Montecitorio is full and grand, with aromas of honey, nuts, pear and apricot

Four weeks of maceration in stainless steel with 80% whole clusters and 20% destemmed grapes, followed by 8 months ripening on foudres. A gorgeous orange from 100% sylvaner with notes of apple, honey and bitter orange freshness.

Merlot

Intense and complex merlot like you won't find anywhere else (except maybe at Radikon a bit further up). Blueberry jam, toasted spices, soft tannins and an endless aftertaste

This Orange has had twenty-one days of Maceration in amphorae, pressed and then aged on lees for 12 months in amphorae. You will find notes of bergamot in the nose and bitter almond in the palate, together with soft tannins and a mineral freshness.
