Les Têtes de Chats

Otium

Pèira Levada translates to “Raised Stones” referring to the many marble lith's found in the vineyards. A vibrant, fruity and robust red wine, that displays a sense of place through it's lengthy minerality.

Ambarabà

Double fermentation: first one in steel and matured in concrete tanks, second one in the bottle with must from dried Recioto grapes. The taste features endless white flowers and jasmine, followed by golden apple, basil and lime, and a salty rock finish.

Muschelkalk Alte Reben

Meursault 1er cru Les Charmes

The top of the crop of Fanny's broad range of wines, a real treat. Round, buttery yet very balanced, with great freshness and incredible minerality. Aged in a warehouse that contained gunpowder, it is straw yellow with smoky aromas, marzipan and cloves
