Pupo Punk Falanghina

This frizzante is made using Pupo Zero Falanghina as base wine, naturally refermented with indiginous yeasts added with their own musts. Zippy juice with character, aroma's of dried herbs and a long-lasting acidity that keeps you going back for more!

Curtimenta

This Curtimenta shows classical skin contact aromas on the nose, like tea leaves and lemongrass. In the mouth it's similar vibes, juicy with a herby undertone and just the right amount of acidity, soft tannins and a firm finish with hints of citrus peel

Lopin

100 % Cinsault coming from estate vines located in the Gard. The grapes are macerated for 12 days and aged 12 months in oak vats (foudre), amphoras and stainless steel tanks. A complex red with delicate tannins, long minerality and peppery strawberry note

Rebel fave alert! Wild, spicy and structured rosé, Blaufränkisch from a north-faced cold climate vineyard, with heavy clay soil. The grapes are macerated in a semi-closed small fermenter for a few days, and after ferment in 1200lt. Austrian oak barrels.

Quadro

Quadro is made from 50% Fiano grapes and 50% other white varieties present in Pasquale's vineyards. The thirst-quenching sun-kissed litre bottle is a blend of 2 fermentations: one of direct pressed juice and one with a short skin-maceration

Nelson

Nelson is the name of David and Celia's one eyed cat. The gamay came from vines in a small vineyard in the village pocket of Rivolet, with sandy clay soils and was whole-grape fermented, resulting in a fruit-forward, smooth, soft but lengthy wine

13Muffato
